Goudvink ***This holiday home is in the village of Mechelen in South Limburg. It is part of a farm. Mechelen is a small, relaxed village between Epen and Gulpen. The holiday home is on the ground, 1st. and 2nd. floor and has 4 bedrooms on the 1st. floor, 1 bedroom on the 2nd. floor. The living room, dinning room and kitchen are on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, hearth (gas) and stereo, whilst the kitchen has a combi microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The village has a local supermarket and some cafes and restaurants. The immediate environment is a perfect base for short and long walking trips in the Limbourg hills. You could visit the cosy city Maastricht. Valkenburg. Thermae 2000 or the three countries point in Vaals. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 9.00 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath Towels are included when guests rent bed linen. - Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen. - Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price. - Maximum 3 pets allowed, 25.00 EUR/pet/stay.
