The property has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, plus two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is an additional recreation room, reachable from outside, which has a double sofa bed, a fireplace, bathroom and billiards. A supermarket and a number of shops are approximately 1 km from the villa, whilst the city of Maastricht is 27km away and Aachen 30km are within driving distance. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 800 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Bed linen is required to rent for an additional cost of 12,50 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are included in the price( when you rent a linen package). - Kitchen linen are included in the rental price. - Please note that the electricity fee of 40 EUR/night is not included in the room rate. - Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
