This is a holiday home, on two levels, located 1km from the centre of town. It has a living room, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor.

The surrounding area provides lots of open space, for bicycle rides or walks for nature lovers. The centre of Zelhem with its terraces, shops and restaurants is 700 meters away. The local authority offers various possibilities in the summer season.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Bed linen is required to rent for an additional cost of 9,75 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen is available for an additional cost of 3,50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 4,50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
