- A fully refundable security deposit of 50 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that bed linen (7 EUR/person/change), kitchen linen (4 EUR/stay) and bath towels (4 EUR/person/change) are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- If the tenant`s stay is longer than one week linen package will be charged on a weekly bases.
- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 5 EUR/pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
