The Kappestee holiday home is near the town of Wijhe in the province of Overijssel. The home is surrounded by pasturelands.

The Kappestee has been completely renovated into a colorful, modern and comfortable holiday house which is well furnished. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The house offers a hall, a living room, a dining room, an open kitchen plan, a storage room, a separate WC, a landing, two bathrooms and six bedrooms. The house accommodates twenty people. You can relax in the sauna and sit together on one of the terraces.

The garden with patio, garden furniture, barbecue and play area is private.

The centre of the village of Wijhe is at 3 km distance. The area has much to offer. The ancient Hanseatic cities of Zwolle and Deventer are about twenty kilometres away. The ferry on the Ijssel River will take you to the Veluwe Park. This is an ideal location for lovers of nature and culture. Families with children can enjoy themselves here. As well as everything else the Kapperstee offers. Children and adults will enjoy meeting the horses and free range chickens.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that bed- linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them as a package for 7,50 EUR/Person/stay at the property
