The house has its own dock, a large back yard and is suitable for 6 people. On the ground floor there is the entrance, toilet, living-dining room with two sofas, two armchairs, a large dining table, a flat screen TV, DVD- and CD player. There is a large open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and a freezer . On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The garden has two patios, one at the waterfront and one at the back of the house, with barbecue and garden furniture. The forest and the lake are just 1 Km distance Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages and will be returned in maximum 14 days. A final cleaning of 50 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory. Bath towels are available for rent for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay. Kitchen linen are available for rent for an additional cost of 2,50 EUR p.p./stay. Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
