This luxury apartment is located just outside Workum, one of the Frisian Eleven Cities. Workum is an old and lively town on the edge of the IJsselmeer. The house is built in a large farmhouse in Workumer Mar with a view of the countryside.

Workum offers many art galleries, restaurants and terraces. It also offers much for shoppers. There are organized by the Workumers throughout the year many fun activities.

Some of the local out door activities include water sports such as surfing, sailing, kite surfing, canoeing and swimming. Workum has a great beach with volleyball and surf shop. Several marinas and many boats are also available for rent.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 50 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
