Stavoren lies 38 km. south-west of Sneek. This house is of the semi detached type and is situated on the small scale holiday park Waterrijck Stavoren, straight next to the Marina.

The boathouse beneath the house is closed of, but you do have access to a private mooring in case you want to bring your own boat. The house has a luxurious interior. Large balcony at the water with garden furniture.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay.

- It is possible to rent a cot for an additional cost of 15 EUR/stay.
- It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of 10 EUR/stay.
