Charming thatched villa within walking distance of the historic Zuiderzee town Stavoren. The villa is located in a small and peaceful park, just steps from the Frisian IJsselmeer Town Stavoren, the lock and the IJsselmeer beach. The area offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, cycling and hiking.

On the ground floor you can watch TV or listen to the radio with CD-player in the living room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separated toilet. Central heating and parking is available.

On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and a bathroom, which includes a bath, shower and toilet. Three bedrooms with a double bed and one room with a single bed only. There is a barbecue in the fenced garden with garden furniture.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 1.25 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
