The Leemstee is an atmospheric residence in a thatched farm in the unspoilt village of Eext.The farmhouse was recently renovated with the 17th century cross beams becoming visible again. The light streams through a roof window to the heart of the farmhouse in the new. Original hall and bathrooms. All walls are covered in loam stucco in warm earthly tones. The region of Eext is ideally suited for the walking and cycling fans. Within a range of ten kilometres there are many villages with open fields. Heaths and woods. The city of Groningen with its many museums. Galleries and trendy shops is within easy reach.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property ,bed linen is available for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./stay.
