Can Josepot is a three-bedroom house on 2 levels. It has a living/dining room with open fireplace and a kitchen equipped with an oven, a stove, and a microwave.

The house has two terraces - a large terrace 100 m2, and a small terrace 9 m2. There you can enjoy the barbeque and the view of the mountains. There is also a private swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, 01.05.-30.10.) and an outside shower.

The house is located one kilometer away from the center of Alcúdia, in a quiet, sunny position, only 1.5 km from the beach. The closest bar, bakery, and café are just 200 m away from the house.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
