This is a three bedrooms house of 150 m2 on 2 levels, 1 km from the woods edge, 200 m from the lake, 50 m from the river.

The house has a garden with plants and trees, a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, there is also a nice view of the river and a veranda.

There is a cable-TV, video, radio, CD-player and DVD

In the kitchen there are 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine.

As facilities there is a cot for up to 2 year old, free WIFI, reserved parking, garage by the house, toaster, kettle, blender and raclette stone grill available.

In the area there are shops, supermarkets 200 m, restaurants, bakers, cafés 300 m, railway station Vielsalm 1 km, indoor swimming pool 700 m.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

A fully refundable security deposit of 175EUR cash will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

A final cleaning is included in the price.

Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 3.00 euros per person.

The electricity fee and water fees are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost EUR/kWh).

Please contact the Keyholder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details with the key holder.
