Acacia/Orchidee II is a 2-room apartment 40 m2, simple and practical furnishings. It is part of a holiday village. It is located 3 km from the centre of De Haan, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea and the beach, located by a road.

It has a small living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, dining table, digital TV and DVD. There is also a bedroom with 1 double bed. Its open kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, micro wave and electric coffee machine.

For shared use there is a garden (not fenced), tennis, basketball. Some of the facilities (pool) are no longer in use and often not in good shape.

Shop is in 300 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 350 m, tram 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, riding stables 3 km. Nearby attractions is Plopsaland 50 km.

Please note that a car is essential.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 135 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details with the key holder.

- Please note that the final cleaning is not a complete cleaning. You need to do the washing-up and to sort the garbage. If the cleaning team needs more than 1 hour to clean this will be settled with the caution.

- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an extra optional cost of 7.50 EUR per person and for towels 6.50 EUR per person.
