The house has a terrace with garden furniture, a flat screen TV and DVD, a large open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and a electric coffee machine,fridge without freezer , parquet floor, hair dryer.

With excessive use of water, gas and/or electricity is a supplement charge.
