De Meibloem [Апартаменты]This is a 5-room house 110 m² on 2 levels, with sloping ceilings, located 3 km from the centre of Middelburg, in a quiet position, 15 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the lake, 15 km from the beach. The property has a living/dining room with TV, one bedroom with a single bed, one with a double, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower and separate WC on the ground floor, whilst on the upper floor, there`s another single bedroom and a double one. The house is fitted with wooden floors, it has a washing machine, a terrace and barbecue facilities. It also provides guests internet WiFi access and please note that this is a non-smoking house. Supermarkets, a shopping centre, restaurant and bakers can all be found 3 km from the property and Middelburg railway station is 2.5 km away. Please note that the owner lives in the same grounds and has a dog. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
