This is comfortable villa, built in 2000. It is situated on the outskirts, 700 metres from the centre of Quinta Do Lago, in a sunny position, area with little traffic, 4 km. from the sea and from the beach.

The three-room villa of 180 m2 has a living/dining room with one bed, TV and satellite-TV (flat screen TV), radio and DVD. A bedroom is equipped in 1 french bed. The second bedroom has 3 beds.
The kitchen consists 4 hotplates, dishwasher, microwave and a bar with dining table A bathroom has a shower, toilet and a bath. Terrace with its furniture, barbecue and deck chairs (6) are to your disposal. From the house you ca enjoy a view of the swimming pool and the countryside. Air conditioning is available in all house. Parking is by the house.

For private use: grounds of 1`300 m2, garden of 1`000 m2, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.), paddling pool, outside shower, pool house with shower and WC.
