Right in the Our valley and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Belgian Ardennes, this apartment is on a farm with cows and sheep. Located on the village, 10 km from Oberhausen Burg Reuland.

The 50 m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, on the ground floor is the entrance and hall shared with the owner. There are 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds.

The living room includes a TV and the open plan kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. In the house there is a garden that is shared with the owner and other guests. It has garden furniture and BBQ facilities.

There are walking and cycling areas on the border with Germany and Luxembourg.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning fee of 30 EUR is not included in the price.

- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.

- Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay.
