The living room includes a cable TV a DVD player and a stereo. On the dining room there is TV (cable), radio, CD player, internet access and high chair. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a storage room with a freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. The house has a large south facing garden. In the house ther are facilities such as heating (central), patio, garden (private), garden, garden furniture, BBQ, garage for parking, play area and table tennis. There is WiFi internet access on the ground floor. There are lot s of walking possibilities. no matter what season you come. In the fall. Hunting can be a unique experience and in the summer. The lake of Weiswampbach with its water sports or cycling the RAVEL (to Prüm, Germany) are definitely recommended. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that a final cleaning fee of 60 EUR per person is not included in the price - Bed linen (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 5 euros per person/stay. - Kitchen linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Guests are requested to bring their own. - The electricity fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure € 0,30/kWh. - The Gas/Oil fee of € 0,90/Litre is not included on the room rate. - The water fee of € 3,25/m3 id not included in the room rate. - The environment fee of € 1,50 /night is not included in the price.
