Neucy is situated 30 kilometres from Spa. It`s a rustic house with two storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. In the residence are two houses houses. In the centre of Neucy, 5 metres from the woods edge, 5 metres from the stream.

La Lienne is five-room house of 160 m2 with simple and rustic furnishings. The open living/dining room has the TV and radio.
The open kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, microwave and an exit to the terrace.
On the upper floor is the one double bedroom with one french bed and hand-basin. Second double bedroom has also one french bed. The third bedroom has 1 x 2 bunk beds, one french bed and hand-basin. Fourth bedroom is double. Bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
From the house you will a have a view of the river. Please note, this is non-smoking house.
For shared use: garden with trees, sandpit.
For a private use you will have: a terrace, garden furniture, covered parking.

The nearest supermarket is situated 11 kilometres away from the property, shopping centre 30 km., restaurant 5 km., bakers 4 km., café 5 km. Nearby attractions: Grotten Remouchamps 12 km. Please note: car is essential. Suitable for families.

It is essential that you contact the key holder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
