This comfortable holiday home on a hill is only a stone`s throw away from the Dutch border, a few hundred meters away from the square of the picturesque Belgian village of Sippenaeken. It sits in the middle of the parcel around a beautifully manicured rolling garden of 2500 m². There is a large garden on three sides of the house, including a covered terrace. You can sit outside until the late hours and enjoy the view. This garden is a children’s paradise. It offers five bedrooms for up to twelve guests.

On the ground floor, you find the equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and freezer. The living/dining room comes with a satellite TV, CD and DVD players. A separate toilet as well. The bedrooms are spread over the immediate storey and the first floor. There is a bath and shower and a separate toilet.

You can enjoy the outside view on the verandah and patio with garden furniture. In the direct vicinity there are two golf courses, a swimming pool, a playground and many cycling and walking routes. From Sippenaeken you can be in Slenaken, Epen, Vaals, Valkenburg, Gulpen-Wittem or the Voer region in a few minutes.

In the nearby village of Gemmenich you will find the closest supermarket, a fresh baker and a butcher. The surrounding area is characterized by the expansive walking and cycling paths, shady villages, winding country roads and many wide views.

In addition, the cities of Maastricht, Aachen and Liege are only a half hour`s drive away from the house.
