Villa Morfaz [Apartments]


Villa Morfaz is located about 8.0 km from the centre of Jalhay. It is 450 m2 villa on two floors.For private use: heated swimming pool, patio and garden. It features a relax area with infrared-sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The villa has eight bedrooms and accommodates up to twenty-four guests. Parking is available.

On the ground floor you will find the living room has cable TV, a fireplace, CD and DVD players. One double bedroom. An equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer. A separate toilet.

On the upper floor are seven bedrooms with TV and ensuite bathrooms. One room with four single beds and the rest with a single bed and a double bed. There is also a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The forest is about 400 m from the property. Nearby restaurants and cross country are within 3.0 km.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 1000 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Kitchen linen, guests need to bring their own.
- Required to rent bed linen, 7.50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 2.50 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.35 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 1 EUR/Litre is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 5 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
- Please note that the environment fee of 10 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
