Charming chalet, specially furnished for children located in Somme-Leuze. The area is planted with shrubs and views over the fields. There is a play table for the kids with benches. From the bedroom, the children can get to the playroom via a slide. In the playroom there is a ballbox and children`s games. The terrace is good for spending the summer months. If you like ping pong, you can play in the garden.

This home is suitable for families of six with children. It has three bedrooms, a living room which comes with a double sofa bed, hearth and TV, a bathroom, and a kitchen with oven. While the children play, you can relax on the patio with garden furniture. Parking is available.

Only approximately 50 metres away there is a playground and farm with all kinds of animals. Two rivers, the Somme and the Ourthe meander through the landscape. You can walk to your hearts content in the area. There are many castles in the province which are worth a visit.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./change.
