Bungalow all on one floor, located on a large property in a quiet neighbourhood, 500 m from the Ourthe and the town centre. You can use the barbeque on the terrace and enjoy the evening. Inside you can get cosy with the wood stove. The garden with the house is mostly grass covered. The open kitchen is well equipped, suitable for the preparation of a tasty meal.

The home is 70 m2 in area with three bedrooms and suitable for six guests. One room is with double bed and electric heating. One room with two single beds and electric heating. One room with a bunk bed.

There is also a playground and children`s farm near the house. In the summer your can make use of the specially manicured beach and the sun lawn. From there you can also put canoes in the water. There is a great deal of flora and fauna in the region. Enjoy the forests, the mushrooms and the game.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./change.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.95 EUR/Litre is not included in the room rate.
