Gite du Courteroye is a holiday home located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.

The accommodation offers a hall, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, two separate WC`s, two bathrooms, a utility room and five bedrooms, one with a bathroom. In the basement is a a games room with table tennis and table football. The house accommodates twelve people.

The accommodation has access to a fenced garden with patio, play area and garden furniture.

The house is located just 1 kilometre from the centre of Houffalize, here you will find restaurants, cafes and terraces. For the children there is Houtopia or the covered swimming pool 1.5 km away. Because Houffalize is known for the VTT mountain bike world cup, you can take endless mountain biking excursions on the very well signposted routes. Houfallize is touristy due to its central location in the Ardennes. Less than half an hour away, you will find towns such as Bastogne, La Roche, Vielsalm and Durbuy.
