Parking space is available and the centre is 6 km from the accommodation. The house has three bedrooms, can accommodate up to seven persons and offers central heating. The living room includes a TV and hearth. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. In the utility room you can find a refrigerator with freezer. In the recreation room you can play table football and there is a TV. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. There are two separated toilets in the house. You can prepare meals on the barbecue in the garden with furniture. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests should bring their own. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 12 EUR/night (May-Sept) and 15 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
