The accommodation offers a living room, a dining room, an open kitchen, a separate WC, a games room a bathroom and three bedrooms. The house accommodates six people. A sauna is available for guests. The accommodation has access to a garden with patio, barbecue and garden furniture. There are plenty of walks, opportunities to kayak down the Ourthe, to take a mountain bike ride or horseback ride in the forest. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed linen (7 EUR/person/stay) and bath towels (3 EUR/person/change) are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.95 EUR/litre is not included in the room rate. - You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR/pet/night.
