Le Vieux Tribunal [Апартаменты]

This old court house dates from 1750. The fine front door has an old gable stone above it. The front door leads into the old court room. This is now an 8m x 4m living room and full of atmosphere. The décor is authentic and the house offers WiFi internet access.

You can see original tiled floors with mosaic motifs, blue flagstones, a wood burning stove and blue stone stairs to the cellar. You can enjoy views of the Ourthe Valley from the terrace.

You can enjoy excellent walks in the surrounding area. Visits to the fabulous cities of Durbuy, Huy and Barvaux are highly recommended. It is a 400 metre walk to the Ourthe from the holiday home.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3.50 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen is available for an additional cost of 4.50 EUR/stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 2 EUR/night (Jun-Sept) and 4 EUR/night (Oct-May) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 6 EUR/night (Jun-Sept) and 10 EUR/night (Oct-May) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 3 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the environment fee of 1 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate.
