De Melkfabriek [Apartments]

Village house De Melkfabriek is located in a building that was in the period of 1898 and 1937 served as a dairy. The creation of the dairy was an initiative of the peasants Leenderstrijp.

Nowadays the property is adapted into apartments and enjoys a rich history. The living room offers you a TV, fire place, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The house has a fenced garden and a covered terrace which includes sun loungers and a sturdy wooden garden table. For the smallest visitors. the garden features a playground with a swing and slide and there is a large (buried) tramp.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property: Bed linen 8 EUR p.p./stay and bath towels 4 EUR p.p./stay.
