It features panoramic windows, a Swedish stove and electric shutters. The kitchen is an open solution and is fully equipped with a oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and a dining area. The bedrooms are situated on all 3 levels offering both double and twin beds. The home features a large terrace of 50 m2 with furniture and a panoramic view of the mountains. You also have access to a lounge cinema home and a covered swimming pool. The villa is located centrally with only 500 m to the grocer and restaurant. Tennis activities, cable cabin and ski bus are all within within 1km. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 500 CHF will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that the compulsory service charges are: initial laundry supply (bed linen and towels) and final cleaning.
