The house features a large living room with a surface area of 60 m2 and it is equipped with a Swedish stove, cable TV with international channels and a DVD-player. There is large kitchen that is fully equipped and a dining area. On the lower grounds there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a children`s room with two bunk-beds. The house features a games room, 5 balconies and a large terrace with furniture and a view of the mountains as well as the valley. You also have access to a washing machine, dryer and a sauna as well as a private garden. The villa is located 2km from the center of Les Cleves in a cul de sac. Shops and restaurants are within 2km from the property and so is the cable cabin. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 500 CHF will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that the compulsory service charges are: initial laundry supply (bed linen and towels) and final cleaning.
