Loredì di Fuori is situated 5 kilometres from Ludiano: Cosy "rustico" cottage "Linda", 1`050 m a.s.l., detached, built in 1800, renovated in 2012, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district Valle di Blenio, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 150 metres from the woods edge.

"Rustico Linda", three-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels, partly with sloping ceilings with wooden furniture furnishings: open living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with a double bed. The open kitchen (4 hotplates) with heater. On the upper floor there is an open room with sloping ceilings with a single bed . One room with sloping ceilings with 2 single beds. Large terrace and a terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs are to your disposal. From the house you will have a view of the mountains and the countryside.

Please note: non-smokers only. For the private usage you will have: nice, well-kept garden on different levels, 40 m2 (fenced), parking by the house.

The nearest shop is 7 km.away from the property, a restaurant 5 km., bus stop "5". Walking paths from the house are only 10 metres away.

Nearby attractions: Biasca, Bellinzona, City of UNESCO, Ascona. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Amici di Nara. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Valle di Blenio, Lukmanierpass. Please note: car is essential. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors.
