Chesa Misaun [Апартаменты]The 3-room apartment is on 2 levels, on the top floor. It has cosy and wooden furniture furnishings, and a south facing position balcony, It offers very nice view of the mountains, the river and the forest. The house is located in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac. There are 2 bedrooms 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. On the top floor (steep stairs) there is an open large gallery with sloping ceilings, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (130 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed and shower/WC and there are also 2 small balconies with terrace furniture. The large living/dining room includes an open fireplace, dining corner and satellite-TV (flat screen TV), radio and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer and an electric coffee machine. Please note that the garage is 100m from the house. The small apartment house "Chesa Misaun" is on the outskirts, Pontresina is 7 km from St. Moritz. In the house there is washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). There is a 5 m long steep motor access to the house. In the winter: please take snow chains. A shop is within 1 km, grocers are at 600 m, restaurants are at 500 m, a bus stop "Godin" is 500 m away, an indoor swimming pool is at 800 m, a tennis court is 500 m away, the mountain lift at 1.5 km, a ski lift at 900 m, the cable cabin 3 km, children`s ski school 2 km, cross-country ski trail at 100 m, an ice rink 200 m. Nearby attractions include the Museum Alpin 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia- Celerina 4 km, Languard Skilift 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stazersee 8 km.). The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. Please contact the Keyholder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 CHF will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that a final cleaning fee of 37 CHF per person is not included in the price - Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 32 CHF per person.
