Key pick-up takes place at Ebeltoft Tourist Office, S.A. Jensensvej 3A, 8400 Ebeltoft.

After booking, you will receive payment instructions, cancellation policies and insurance options from Ebeltoft Tourist Office via email.

The total amount of the reservation and a refundable security deposit of DKK 1000-1500 are required via bank transfer to secure your reservation. Electricity, heating and water charges are based on usage during your stay.

Payment must be received within 5 days of making your booking. Any transaction fees for money transfers are at your own cost.

Duvets and pillows are provided. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or contact Ebeltoft Tourist Office for rental options. You can clean before check-out or pay a final cleaning fee.
