The Normafa lookout was the most popular excursion place of Budapest`s artist society of the 19th century. The well-known singer Róza Klein once sung the great aria of Bellini`s Norma under a big beech at this beautiful place. From this time on, this place has been called Norma tree - "Normafa" in Hungarian. Take a pleasant walk to the forest and use the chairlift (Libego) which is situated 1.5 km from the hotel and embrace the stunning scenery of the city. Venture to the children’s railway which is located 300 metres from the hotel. From here, travel through the majestic hills of Buda, which have been declared a protected site.
