Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
All further older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged CAD 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 5.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % Tax is not included.
