Ala Birdi ****Located on the western coast of Sardinia, 4 km away from the village of Arborea, the hotel is set on the sea and immersed within a beautiful pine-wood of more than 400-hectares. The hotel boasts a private sandy beach, equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas (free of charge). In addition to this there are 2 swimming pools; one for adults and one for children. Water-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, and canoeing are just some of the other activities you can partake in during your stay. The horse riding centre is the highlight of the complex and is the leading centre in Sardinia, and one of the most important in Italy. Lessons and excursions for beginners and experts in the covered riding grounds or in the pine woods or along the beach. The main restaurant (buffet style) is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (water and house wine included). The Pizzeria open during the summer for dinner on the open-air terrace, serving starters, pizza, and dessert. Barbecue on the beach is open for lunch and dinner.
