Located in Preconne, an area nestled between Arezzo, Cortona and Sansepolcro, at an altitude of 500 metres, this charming residence is a restored building from the 17th century.

Once a retreat of the Franciscan monks, this residence is isolated by 7 km of mountain road. The apartments can accommodate up to 6 people and are equipped with all common facilities.

During your stay, from the Relais Il Pozzeto, you can take a walk, horse or bike ride through the picturesque surroundings, following paths designed for those who love the countryside.
