Loft accommodation that consists of brand new designer apartments in the trendy, bohemian district of Gràcia and just around the corner to from Barcelona’s most fashionable boulevard, Passeig de Gràcia.

You can easily walk to most tourist attractions, including Gaudí’s world famous cathedral La Sagrada Família, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló as well as all the tapas bars, restaurants and boutiques.

These brand new loft style apartments (opened in October, 2007) sleep up to 8 guests. Very stylish with large windows, high ceilings, modern kitchens, bathrooms and open spaces that create a truly enjoyable ambiance.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 5 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The apartments are only a 2 minute walk from the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona’s most fashionable boulevard, and a short stroll from Gaudí’s world famous La Sagrada Família, as well as La Pedrera.

You will also find a metro and various bus routes a short walk away for exploring the rest of this fantastic city.
