Hostel Licej Club Beograd [Apartments]We have modest yet comfortable accommodation with internet access in every room, air conditioning and free parking at our colonial style residence within the university complex in Belgrade centre. Our simple rooms provide writing tables for those travelling on business. You have your own sink with hot water and shared bathrooms and showers just down the corridor. The whole complex is enclosed and secured to give you peace and quiet. We’re just a 15 minute walk from the Republic Square and 20 minutes from Kalemegdan fortress. Our reception will be available 24 hours a day should you have any queries or requests and there is no curfew. Upon request, we can help to organise seminars, workshops and even cocktail evenings for you. Our restaurant is situated within the villa and has an outdoor terrace. There you can enjoy your continental breakfast every morning and specialties of local and international cuisine in the evenings. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. From the Republic Square on foot: Walk down the Francuska Street, where at the end you will find St. Aleksandar Nevski Church, situated in the very heart of one of the oldest parts of Belgrade, the Dorcol. There, turn right into Venizelosova Street and after a few minutes on the left hand side you will see our hotel. From the Republic Square by bus: Take bus number 37 in the direction of Pancevacki Most. Get off at the third stop before the park. You will be spellbound by the atmosphere of this city; Belgrade’s culture is a mix of oriental passion combined with European finesse. You’ll find art, culture and impressive architecture, both classic and modern. The city has a range of museums and galleries for those seeking a cultural experience including the Museum of Contemporary Art, the National Museum, the Ethnographical Museum, the Gallery of Frescoes and the Palace of Princess Ljubica.
