Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Leave m62 at Junction 23 and take the a629 to Halifax. Follow the a629 until you see Halifax Royal infirmary on your left, at these traffic lights turn left onto Dryclough Lane. At the second set of traffic lights turn left onto Birdcage lane, follow the road around the bend and down the hill. Turn right on to Scarbottom just before the road turns into cobbles.
