Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. Take first turning to Lewes, follow signs to town centre, hotel is on the left approaching the centre. From Brighton From town centre take a27 towards Lewes and follow directions as above From Eastbourne From town centre follow a22, then a27 to Brighton. Continue to the first turning to Lewes, proceed through the road tunnel, at exit turn left into town centre and follow signs to Brighton.
