The Sheldon Hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the seafront and town centre, and near to Eastbourne`s main entertainment complex and the world-famous Devonshire Park.

Centrally located, the Sheldon Hotel is 150 metres from Eastbourne seafront and beach, and a few minutes’ walk from the main shopping centre, pier, bandstand, theatres, and Devonshire Park tennis centre. The railway station is also within walking distance.

The Sheldon Hotel, rated 3-star guest accommodation by the AA, is open all year round and offers a special programme for Christmas. There is a free private car park and a lift to upper floors. All bedrooms are non-smoking.
