We ensure that we offer the ambiance of a traditional town house in the heart of London. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 3.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. We operate a strict non-smoking policy throughout the hotel. Minutes from the Victoria & Albert Museum, Science museums, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and a short journey to the West End. Buckingham Palace, the Royal Albert Hall are also close as the Claverley enjoys a central location easily accessed by Underground (nearest station: Knightsbridge) and the bus routes. Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Oxford Street and the heart of London`s night-life are all within easy reach. We are a 20 minute direct drive down the M4 from Heathrow Airport or 30 minutes by Underground (Piccadilly Line). The hotel can be reached from London`s Heathrow airport by: bus/ coach, taxi (approximate fair 45 GBP plus tip), railway using the Heathrow Express rail service (which arrives at Paddington - complete the journey by taxi).
