St Andrews Hotel [Апартаменты]St. Andrews is family-run, sea front quality accommodation with magnificent views overlooking Towan Beach, the harbour and Newquay`s Island house. All our rooms are individually decorated to a high specification with the sea front rooms having views up the North Cornish coast as far as Trevose Head, some 12 miles away. We are centrally located for all of Newquay`s amenities and level walking into the town, with the beach across the road. We are perfectly located for exploring Newquay or as a base for sightseeing all of Cornwall. St Andrews has a wonderful seafront location with panoramic views over Towan beach, the harbour and the island. We have 4 diamond awards from the E.T.C and R.A.C and are pleased to offer a standard of hospitality second to none. Children older than 15 year are considered adult for room occupancy. Children no older than 2 year can stay for free. Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:00. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 75% of the cost of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Payment Information: A deposit of 50 GBP per person, per stay is required to secure your room. St. Andrews will contact you with details and accepts all major credit cards. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. For this reason, the hotel advises you to take out holiday insurance. St. Andrews will send you a form when your receipt and confirmation is sent to you. Additional Cancellation Policy Information: Should you cancel within one month of your holiday, the hotel will make every attempt to fill your room. However, in the unlikely event that they are unable to, the hotel has a legal right to charge you up to 75% of the total cost of the holiday. Other Information: Prices include accommodation and breakfast only. No allowance will be made for meals missed or rooms not occupied for the full time of the reservation. There is a minimum 2 night stay policy in effect. St. Andrews is a non-smoking establishment. By Car: - From the A30 follow the signs for Newquay. - At Quintrell Downs roundabout, turn right over the level crossing (A3058). - Continue along this road and go straight over the double mini-roundabouts at the Porth junction and continue heading straight into Newquay. - Go straight over the next mini-roundabout (Hilgrove Rd junction), continuing along the main road. - You are now approaching the town. Continue until you come to the traffic lights at Berry Rd. - Follow the road as it leads into Mount Wise. Take the third turning on the right to Marcus Hill. - At the bottom of Marcus Hill, go straight across the main road (slight diagonal to the right) into Trebarwith Crescent. - Take the 1st left off of Trebarwith Crescent into Island Crescent. St. Andrews is on the right. St. Andrews is centrally situated in Newquay with the sea literally over the road. Newquay has many amenities including beautiful beaches, a working harbour, Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Tunnels through Time, Trenance Boating Lake and gardens. Newquay is an ideal place to explore the rest of Cornwall, including Padstow, Truro, Falmouth, Looe and Polperro, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, St. Ives, Tate Gallery and Land`s End.
