Apartamentos San Diego are set in the centre of Benidorm, 200 metres from Levante Beach. The complex features an outdoor pool with loungers and well-equipped apartments with balconies.

Apartamentos San Diego have a living room with a sofa bed. There is a dining area, and the kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven and fridge. There is also a washing machine and coffee maker. TVs and safes are available to rent.

The San Diego has a children’s play area and a terrace with sea views. There are shops and bars near the apartments, and on-site parking is available for small daily charge.

Guests are kindly requested to collect keys at the Nuevhogar Office, at 3 Avda Juan Fuster Zaragoza Avenue,Edf. Acuarium II. The office is open:

- Monday to Friday: 09:30 until 19:30
- Saturdays: 09:00 until 14:00
- Closed on Sundays and public holidays

Guests arriving outside of these hours should collect their keys from the Evamar Apartments, situated on Calle Almirante Bernat de Sarriá 8 Esq Avda. Juan Fuster Zaragoza. Please note that this office is only responsible for the handover of keys and no other matter related to the apartments.

When collecting the apartment keys, guests will be required to pay EUR 200 deposit which will be refunded at the end of their stay once the property has been checked for damages.

Guests who must check-out outside of office hours must inform the office in advance and make arrangements for the electronic transferral of the deposit (payment of the deposit by credit card is preferred). Under no circumstances will deposit money be returned before the end of stay.

Guests leaving the apartments outside of reception opening hours must provide all the necessary information in advance so that their damage deposit can be returned.

All rates include a weekly change of bed linen and a twice-weekly change of towels.

Please note that there is a refundable deposit for the car park remote control.
