The Blackwell Grange Hotel ***The house is situated in 15 acres of woodland and located close to the historic cities of York and Durham making Blackwell Grange an ideal location to explore the North East region of England. The Havelock Restaurant is renowned for its excellent food and offers a fine selection of traditional and continental food and wines. Alternatively, for a less formal atmosphere, Captain Cook`s Bar is ideal with its superb views over the grounds. The comfortable lounge offers the opportunity to relax and unwind with afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink or enjoy a drink in the Cocktail Bar. Cancellations: should the need arise, immediately cancel your reservation online. Amendments: simply cancel and rebook online however, if it is within 2 days of your intended arrival, contact the Corus Reservations Office. Instructions are contained in your booking confirmation email. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Rates are per room per night only inc. Vat (or local taxes) at the current rate. Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the hotel. There is no charge, and any deposit paid will be returned, if a guaranteed reservation is cancelled in line with the hotels policy. On second roundabout take second exit onto a167. Hotel 500 yards on left. From a1 North (j59) take a167 towards Scotch Corner. We are situated on a167 about 1.5 miles from central ring road.
