The port of Saudrkrokur is home to this summer hotel, perfectly placed for exploring a region rich in history and known for its mountains, fords, and proud tradition as a major breeding centre of the Icelandic horse. Activities on offer include golf, horse riding biking, sea angling, boat tours and whitewater rafting, as well as a modern, well- equipped conference suite. Fosshotel Aning is a summer hotel. During winter time the building is used as boarding school.
