Perch And Pike [Apartments]

The Perch and Pike, built in the 17th century, was south Stoke`s most prominent beer house.

The Perch and Pike is closed between 15:00 and 18:00, Tuesday to Saturday, and closed Sunday evening from 16:00, and all day Monday, although check-in can be made by prior arrangement.

Please note, The Perch and Pike now cannot cater for residents whilst closed; this is until further notice.

Children older than 9 years are considered adult for room occupancy.
Children no older than 1 year(s) can stay for free.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00.
Lunch is served from 12:30 until 14:30.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00.

Reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 75% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

A non-smoking restaurant. Pets are permitted in the accommodation.

The pub is shut between 3pm and 6pm Monday to Saturday, and Sunday evening from 4pm, although check in can be arranged by prior arrangement.
A 25% deposit is required and is charged against the credit card details entered.
We also have a 3-day cancellation policy, where 75% of the full cost of your stay will be charged.

From m4: take exit 12 towards Theale, follow the road to Pangbourne, than onto Goring. At the traffic light, where The Bull public house is, take a right and follow until you come to a T-junction.
Take a left and stay on that road entering the village of South Stoke. Take the first left and follow the road for 500 metres, the Pub is on your right hand side.

From m40: take exit 6 onto b4009, through Watlington to Benson. From Benson, head towards Reading over two roundabouts eventually briefly joining the b4074. After second roundabout and approximately a mile later, take right hand exit towards Goring on b4009.
Follow the road through North Stoke and Little Stoke. Upon entering South Stoke, take the first right and follow for 500 metres.
The pub is on your right hand side after the church and school.

If you are planning on checking in after 16:00, do not panic when you arrive and the pub is closed - there is someone here!
