The Hunstrete House Hotel sits on 71 acres of parkland and a deer park and from the House you can see peaceful views over the deer park and horse paddocks towards the Mendip Hills. Romantic gardens surround the house and include a croquet lawn, outdoor tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming pool. An discretionary 5% service charge will be added to your bill. Children older than 12 years are considered adult for room occupancy. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 15:00. Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:00. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. An discretionary 5% service charge will be added to your bill. From m4 - london: Exit m4 at junction 18 towards Bath and Stroud. Follow the a46 into Bath. Pass through Bath leaving on the a4, towards Bristol. Follow the a4 for approx. 1 mile, joining a small dual carriageway. At the `Globe Inn` roundabout, take the second exit (a39) towards Wells and Weston Super Mare. Pass through the villages of Corston and Marksbury. At Marksbury you will come to traffic lights. Go right at the lights and you join the a368.
