Completely renovated since being built in 1892, The Loriston is now furnished and decorated to a high standard, whilst retaining many of its original features. Here, you will be within walking distance of all the amenities Eastbourne has to offer, including the beach, which is just 40 metres away. The Loriston has just been awarded a 5-star award rating and a Breakfast Award from Visit Britain. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. It is walking distance to all the amenities Eastbourne has to offer. All diets are catered for by prior arrangement. This must be requested at the time of booking. Ironing facilities are available at the Loriston. However, these facilities are not available in our bedrooms, only in the reception area. We do not allow irons in our bedrooms.
